About the game

Quantum Pathways - Shattered Alliance is a turn-based war on a procedurally generated hex map. ALFIE, a rogue infrastructure AI, has split the world into unstable pathways and set AI factions against one another. The clones do not cooperate. Each is racing you separately.

You command a human faction. Collect Energy Crystals, Data Fragments, and Quantum Particles with harvesters. Claim territory with the Quantum Navigator. Upgrade soldiers so they can actually finish a fight. A level 4 soldier is what removes an AI piece from the board.

You win by destroying every ALFIE device. You lose if any AI faction locks down too much territory, stacks 200 Energy, 250 Data, or 150 Quantum, or parks a Level 3 Navigator on the center tile. Take too long and the field collapses after 100 Quantum Shifts.

How to get it

This is not a browser game. Email support@resqpm.com and you will be walked through download and registration for the Windows x64 build.

There is no storefront checkout and no account wall on this website.

How a turn works

Four phases, in order

Move, claim territory, upgrade, then attack. You cannot skip ahead. Terrain costs Energy. Deserts also cost Data. After a full round, a Quantum Shift can rewrite the ground under you.

Protect the economy

Harvesters pay for the plan and get less efficient if they sit on one tile. An enemy soldier adjacent to an unguarded harvester will steal it. Keep more soldiers next to yours than the thief brought.

Watch the other clocks

A strong attack that ignores an AI stacking Quantum, or a Navigator walking to the center, can still lose the match. The Resource Planner totals your next actions. It will not tell you which race matters this turn.

Key features

One win, several losses

You win by wiping the field. ALFIE can still beat you on territory, stacked resources, a center Navigator, or the collapse clock.

An economy that can be stolen

Harvesters produce, deplete if left too long, and can be taken. An army without income dies on the next bill.

Planner, not autopilot

The Resource Planner totals a plan. Recommendations suggest legal actions. Neither one plays the match for you.

Log and replay

When a result looks wrong, the log is there. Complex games need a memory.

FAQ

Can I play this in the browser?

No. Request the Windows build. Tank Battle, Bumper Cars, and Truck Town are the browser games.

Is there a learning curve?

Yes. Resources, four phases, and unit levels take a few losses. The in-game tools and the playtest notes help. That learning curve is the design.

Can I play with friends?

Yes. Solo versus AI (up to six seats on the board) or a network game with a session ID. Email support if you want help getting a session standing.
