About the game

Tank Battle is a 3D browser wargame with two modes. Battlefield is an open fight: you score by hitting enemy tanks, and you stay alive to keep adding to that score. Last Man Standing is a solo hunt. You have ten minutes, a working loader machine gun, and a list of soldiers to find before you drive to a green extraction flare.

A public Battlefield lobby can mix human players with AI tanks, up to eight tanks on the field. When an AI tank is wrecked, the next one comes in a level higher, up to 10. That is the difficulty ramp, not a set of ten separate maps.

The game is built for a desktop browser with a real GPU. Preferences include HIGH, BALANCED, and PERFORMANCE. Use PERFORMANCE on older or integrated chips, and keep the AI count low if the frame rate drops. Phones are the wrong tool.

Content notice: mild cartoon violence and small blood effects.

How to Play

Start a match

Double-click an active battle with an open slot, or set your options and start a new game. Private Battle keeps other humans out. Leave the tank name blank to join as a guest. Open INTEL / HELP in-game if you want the full key list.

Drive and look

WASD or the arrow keys drive the hull. The mouse aims the active weapon. V switches third-person and first-person. Space cycles gun stations: driver, 120mm, .50 cal, and the loader 7.62mm. I inverts the mouse. P opens Preferences.

Battlefield combat

Left click fires the 120mm. Right click holds the machine guns. G throws a 12-grenade smoke salvo (8 second reload). Drive over an ammo crate to refill guns and smoke. A destroyed tank ends your session. Score is hits plus survival, not a single last-player trophy.

Last Man Standing

Solo only. The main gun, coax, .50 cal, and smoke are down. Use the loader MG, press N for the thermal seeker, clear the soldiers, then drive to the green flare before the ten-minute clock hits zero.

Key features

Human and AI opponents

Fill a Battlefield lobby with friends, AI tanks, or both. The field holds up to eight tanks. AI replacements come back a level stronger, up to 10.

Two modes

Battlefield is open combat for score. Last Man Standing is a ten-minute solo search with a thermal seeker and a broken main gun.

Graphics you can turn down

HIGH, BALANCED, or PERFORMANCE in Preferences. Use PERFORMANCE on older GPUs. A high AI count will tax a weak machine.

Optional voice

Enable voice on the start screen if you want it. C toggles the mic. Volume and mic gain sit in Preferences. It is never required to play.

Platform and requirements

Modern desktop browser with WebGL. A dedicated GPU is the comfortable path. Integrated chips can run it on the PERFORMANCE preset with fewer AI tanks. It is not designed for phones.

FAQ

Can I play on a phone?

No. Tank Battle is a desktop GPU title. Bumper Cars is the browser game that holds up on a phone.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no fee, no ads, and no personal data collection. Leave the tank name blank to join as a guest.

Why is it running slowly?

Open Preferences (P) and set graphics to PERFORMANCE. Start a new game with fewer AI tanks. High AI counts are harder on the GPU.
